Oh yesss I am an 80's baby! Who does not love the 80's? I mean seriously, how could you not love the decade that spawned big hair and colorful outfits. Dresses were ruffly, puffy and way over the top. Lace gloves, colorful stockings and bangs that were hard from hairspray were all the rage. For women, blue eyeshadow and frosty pink lipstick will complete the 80s semi formal look. Ties were skinny, shirts were colorful, bow ties, big glasses, red zipper jackets were huge! Fashion was amazing!
But even better than 80's fashion was 80's music! The best pop, love ballads, hip hop, rock, all of it was made between 1980-1989. On the streets of New York City an artistic form of poetry called hip hop was being created. Artist like Madonna, Janet Jackson, New Edition, Prince and Michael Jackson ran the billboard charts, for good reason. The music was amazing! Don't you love the 80's????
